Terms & Conditions


Acceptance of Terms: By engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions outlined by Macro ("Company").


Services Provided

We provide a range of services including but not limited to graphic design, web development, marketing strategies, SEO, advertising, videos, and social media management. Clients will receive the final deliverables as specified in the online project agreement or proposal.

Payment Terms

Our pricing structure includes hourly rates, project-based fees, and retainers, as outlined in the project proposal and pricing online as well as provided to the client.

Invoices will be issued prior to the start of the project, upon reaching specified milestones, or upon project completion.

A deposit of percentage is required before the commencement of work. Final payment is due upon project completion and before the delivery of final deliverables.

A late fee of percentage per week will be charged on all overdue invoices.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure the project progresses without delays.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving drafts, proofs, and final deliverables within set number of days of receipt.


Intellectual Property

Clients will own the final deliverables (jpeg, png, etc) upon full payment. The Company retains rights to source files, preliminary materials, drafts, and proprietary tools used in the creation process.

Any licensed tools, software, or content provided by the Company for the project are for the Client's use only and are not to be redistributed.

The Company will create a logo design based on the Client’s specifications. Upon final approval and full payment, the Client will receive ownership of the final logo design.

It is the Client's responsibility to conduct a trademark search and to register the logo as a trademark if they choose to do so. The Company does not guarantee that the logo design will be eligible for trademark registration, nor does it provide any legal advice regarding trademarking. The Company is not liable for any issues that arise during the trademark registration process or for any infringement claims related to the use of the logo.

We strive to treat others as we'd like to treated, so you can expect prompt and courteous responses to any inquiries or concerns you may have. Privacy & Safety

We understand the importance of privacy and safety for our clients. We strive to take all necessary measures to ensure that your personal information is kept secure and confidential. We do not share your information with any third parties without your explicit consent. Our website is also equipped with the latest security features to protect your data from any access. Macro will handle all client data in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. We warrant that our services will be provided with reasonable skill and care. Limitation of Liability: Macro and its Employees liability for any damages arising from the use of our services is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services.

The Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred as a result of the hacking or unauthorized access of the Client's social media accounts or website. The Client acknowledges that while we strive to implement security measures, no system is entirely immune to breaches. The Client assumes all risks related to potential security breaches and agrees to hold the Company and employees harmless from any resulting damages.

Refund & Cancellation

We value our clients and strive to provide the best service possible. However we reserve the right to cancel working with a client at any time if we feel that it is necessary. Refunds are not permitted, unless under special approved circumstances from Macro. In order to request special refund, client must provide written and documentation of why a refund is needed in their circumstance prior to Macro sending the first round of designs to the client. Once the first round of design period has lapsed, a partial refund may be considered by Macro. However, once final designs have been sent to the client, a refund will not be a valid option. Dissatisfaction and/or lack of communication from the client does not warrant a refund. The Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Turnaround Times

We understand the importance of timely delivery and will make every effort to provide the projects to you as soon as possible without any undue delay.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delays or failures due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, cyber attacks, or technical failures.

Revision & Changes

Revision Policy: The project includes set number of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at hourly rate or fixed fee assessed by Macro.

Additional Changes: Changes beyond the initial project scope will be billed at the agreed-upon hourly rate or as per a new project proposal.

Use of Feedback & Work

The Client agrees that the Company reserves the right to use any feedback, comments, or testimonials provided by the Client for marketing and promotional purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, use on the Company’s website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.

By providing feedback or testimonials, the Client grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to reproduce, display, and distribute the feedback or testimonial, along with the Client's name and company logo, if applicable. 

The Client agrees that the Company may display and use the final deliverables, as well as any related designs or drafts created during the project, in the Company’s portfolio. This includes showcasing the work on the Company’s website, social media channels, and other promotional materials. The Company reserves the right to use the completed project and any related designs or drafts for promotional purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, marketing campaigns, case studies, and presentations.The Company will not disclose any confidential or proprietary information of the Client in its portfolio or promotional materials without prior written consent from the Client.

Opt-Out Option: If the Client prefers not to have their feedback or testimonial used in this manner, they must notify the Company in writing at the time of providing the feedback or testimonial.
